Assuming no one transfers, here's what I think our class needs to look like.

1 QB
6 OL
2 DE
2 LB
2 S
2 CB

1 QB
Take the best you can get (obviously)

6 OL
Would like to see half and half between HS and transfer. Already have a HS OT and OG.

All other Offense positions are fine and full, unless people leave.

2 DE
DE is already a weakness and we're losing Kyron. Hatcher most likely returning considering he's redshirting. Lee will likely be asked back for a Super Senior year. No clue what we'll do with Debose. After that is mostly young guys with Parker, Robinson & Alexander. I'd go one portal and one HS, assuming we're even recruiting a good HS one.
Think we're fine at DT. Burt, Sampson, Wilson & McGee all have the option to come back, then we have the younger guys who could actually beat them out in Caldwell, Taylor, Withers & Dunn.

2 LB
Obvious weakness here. We're losing Betts for sure and I doubt we'll be asking TK Williams or Jay Dineen back. Miller, Potter, Berryhill, Channel, Person, Brown, Wheeler, Wright & Simpson all due to come back.
I'd probably go portal for both here. Need someone that will compete for a job day 1.

2 S
Ricky Thomas will be gone. That leaves Logan with Burroughs, White & Gilliom, along with Johnquai Lewis who hasn't see the field.
We already have Purdy, assuming that sticks. Not sure what Nikki Taylor will play. If the plan is DB then this position is filled.

2 CB
Jeremy Webb will be gone. Mayberry, Dotson, Bryant, Dabney & Wilson will be back and young. Anthony Davis is still committed. I'd go try and find another Jeremy Webb.

That would be 7-8 portal, 7-8 HS. I don't love it, but this is the year to do it if we want to do it.
