For those of you still working: I am interested to find out, (and it will take some time to find out) if employers who have offered healthcare as a benefit before as part of overall compensation and then stop, increase the take home pay for employees to buy their own or pocket the savings or any variation. I see a large variation that would include employees getting a Health Savings Account versus paid for coverage. The reall snafu in obamacare that is really going to mess things up is how grandiose obama approved plans are and the large deductables they carry. Please post your findings. I think it would interesting for more of you than just myself.
