Their game vs Tulsa Union was on TV in Oklahoma tonight. It was a strange, strange game. David Mc Combs is a legitimate QB. He knows how to handle pressure. He put many passes directly in the hands of his receivers that they just dropped. I felt sorry for him, and know he has to be upset that they just dropped easy and "in their hands" passes, He knows when to tuck it and run. He is quite good and confident in the pocket. He throws a really good and catchable ball. He is an adequate runner. He was sacked for a safety late in the game after the game had been decided. Union? They were lucky tonight. They were playing their 3rd team QB, who is a freshman, and he definitely played like a freshman. They also played with their 3rd team RB. All that said, Union won. It was not a pretty game to watch...
